Shipping:
KeyCi offers shipping across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after confirmation. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Most customers receive their orders within 3 to 5 working days, though delivery may take longer in remote areas. Please note that deliveries are not attempted on Sundays or public holidays.
Cancellation Policy
While we hope you never need to cancel or return your order, we understand that situations can arise. Please refer to the guidelines below for a smooth cancellation or return process.
Orders not yet shipped:
You may cancel your order at any point before it is shipped. For prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
Orders that have been shipped:
If your order has been shipped, you may be able to cancel or return it depending on the reason for the cancellation. For example, if your order was damaged in transit, you may be able to get a refund or a replacement.
Wrong Products Received:
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, contact the KeyCi support team at info@keyci.in with your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear pictures. We aim to respond within 48 hours and arrange a convenient pickup of the incorrect item. If a pickup is not possible, we will work with you to find the best solution. A refund will be processed once the incorrect item is returned.
Refunds:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed either through coupon codes or to your bank account. You will need to provide your account details to our support team.
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Products damaged due to misuse
· Damage that occurs due to the malfunctioning of products
- Used or installed consumables
- Items with missing or tampered serial numbers
- Items without original packaging
- Products not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
Returns and Refund Conditions:
(a) If your order is lost in transit or undelivered due to no fault of your own, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
(b) In case of damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 1 day of delivery with clear images of the product and the packaging. Email us at info@keyci.in. After our team reviews the issue, the user’s request for return shall be accepted and we will process a replacement within 4 to 6 working days of submitting the proof.
(c) Kindly repack the item in its original condition. Use padding materials such as bubble wrap to avoid damage during return transit. If the product is used, altered, returned without original packaging, or if the return request is raised after 24 hours of order delivery, the refund will not be processed.
(d) Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned product and passing quality checks.
Unboxing Video Policy (Mandatory):
Please note that if you wish to avail of a return/ exchange of the product you bought, it is mandatory that you shoot an unboxing video showing that you received the product in damaged condition.
In case, if any product is missing from your order, we require an unboxing video to verify the missing item.
Steps:
- Begin recording before opening the box. Ensure the package is sealed and untampered.
- Open the package in front of the camera.
- Clearly show the product and its condition.
- Make sure the video is recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts or edits.
Refunds and Freebies:
(a) Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 3 to 6 working days, depending on your bank.
(b) If your order included a freebie, it must be returned along with the original item.
(c) Replacements are not eligible for return or replacement again. If you are returning multiple products from a single order, please raise the return request for all applicable items together.
